Maintenance

The application of Tarmac repair coating will reduce future maintenance by creating a water resistant seal on the surface.. This will then naturally reduce algae, dirt, moss and other organisms will which thrive on damp surfaces.

Ongoing maintenance should only consist of a gentle sweep and annual wash down with a hose or gentle power wash. Tarmaseal tarmac repair coating is a highly durable product, but all external hard surfaces  will require benefit from a occasional top up coat.

On Tarmac areas that receives average vehicle traffic it should remain in the same condition for several years. A single top up coat of Tarmaseal would generally be recommended approx every 3- 5 years.

For commercial more heavily trafficed surfaces that are in shady, damp areas more regular applications may be required.

Remember the Tarmac has been properly coated with Tarmaseal subsequent coats will require far less material. If you want to keep your driveway looking in 'just laid' condition Tarmaseal can be re-applied at any time.
